When a package arrives at your virtual mailbox, we handle it efficiently to ensure you have complete control over its next steps. We take a photo of the package and its contents and upload it to your dashboard. From there, you can decide whether to forward the entire package or select specific items for shipping.

How Does Virtual Mailbox Package Handling Work?
- We receive the package at your assigned mailing address.
- A photo of the package and its contents is uploaded to your dashboard.
- You choose what to do next, including:
- Forwarding the entire package to your preferred location.
- Requesting specific items to be forwarded instead of the full package.
Can I Forward Only Certain Items from a Package?
Yes! If you only need certain items from your package, you can request customized package forwarding. To do this, email [email protected] with details, and we will arrange to forward only the items you need.
How to Request Virtual Mailbox Package Forwarding
- Log in to your virtual mailbox dashboard.
- Review the package photos and determine how you’d like to proceed.
- Select “Forward Package” if you want to send the full package.
- For partial forwarding, email [email protected] with details.
- Confirm your shipping preferences and complete payment for the forwarding service.
What If I Don’t Want to Forward the Package?
If you don’t need the package forwarded, you can choose from these options:
- Storage: We store the package for 90 days after it appears in your dashboard.
- Dispose or Recycle: You can request shredding (disposal) from the dashboard at no extra cost.
