BusinessAnywhere.io was born out of a passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to simplifying the challenges of running a business.
Our founder, Bobby Casey, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at just 19 years old. Over the years, he’s built, bought, and sold companies in diverse industries, including real estate, restaurants, cryptocurrency mining, and consulting. These experiences exposed him to the complexities of managing business compliance, taxes, and operations—challenges every entrepreneur faces.
In 2000, Bobby sought the guidance of an asset protection and tax consulting firm to optimize his business interests. That relationship grew into a mentorship, and within a year, Bobby was helping fellow entrepreneurs implement the same strategies. Over time, his firm registered thousands of LLCs and Corporations, providing invaluable support to businesses of all sizes.
By 2019, Bobby recognized the need for a more efficient way to handle annual renewals and compliance filings. Late fees, missed deadlines, and tedious processes were common pain points he wanted to eliminate. Driven by this mission, he assembled a team to develop a revolutionary platform. The result was BusinessAnywhere.io: a fully automated, user-friendly solution that empowers entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best—growing their businesses.
