Vermont LLCs file an annual report with the Secretary of State within three months after the fiscal year end on record. The fee is $45 for Vermont LLCs and $170 for foreign LLCs, and an LLC that does not file is terminated.
Every South Dakota LLC files an annual report with the Secretary of State by the first day of its anniversary month. The fee is $55 online or $70 on paper, and a $55 late fee applies two months after the due date.
Hawaii LLCs file an annual report each year by the end of the calendar quarter in which they registered. The fee is $12.50 online or $15 on paper, and two years without a report leads to termination.
Kansas replaced the LLC annual report with a biennial Information Report in 2024. It is due April 15 every second year, costs $90 online or $110 on paper, and a late report adds an $85 penalty.
Every Louisiana LLC files an annual report with the Secretary of State on or before the anniversary of its formation. The fee is $35 from October 1, 2026, and three missed years lead to revocation.
Alabama LLCs file no annual report with the Secretary of State. Their yearly filing is the Business Privilege Tax Return with the Alabama Department of Revenue, due March 15 for calendar-year LLCs, and LLCs whose tax is $100 or less have no filing requirement.
Every Connecticut LLC files its annual report online with the Secretary of the State between January 1 and March 31. The fee is $80, there is no late fee, and LLCs more than a year behind face dissolution by forfeiture.
