Price Comparison: A Wyoming LLC Over Two Years

Wyoming charges $100 to form an LLC and at least $60 a year for the annual report, per our breakdown of Wyoming LLC costs. EasyFiling lists Starter at $249 per year, so the table applies that price to both years. Confirm the renewal price with EasyFiling before you sign up.

OptionYear oneEach year after
EasyFiling Starter$349: $249 plan plus $100 state fee$309: $249 plan plus $60 state fee
EasyFiling Business 360 (with tax filing)$1,099: $999 plan plus $100 state fee$1,059: $999 plan plus $60 state fee
BusinessAnywhere, formation and EIN only$197: $100 state fee plus $97 EIN$207: $147 agent plus $60 state fee
BusinessAnywhere with mailbox and annual report filing$437: adds a $240 mailbox year$497: $147 agent, $60 state fee, $240 mailbox, $50 filing

For formation, the EIN and a registered agent, BusinessAnywhere costs $152 less than EasyFiling Starter in year one and $102 less each year after. Starter also includes a business address and annual report filing, so once you add BusinessAnywhere’s full-year mailbox and filing, Starter costs $88 less in year one and $188 less each year after.

The choice comes down to whether you need the address. A founder who uses a home address abroad, or has the company’s mail handled elsewhere, pays less with BusinessAnywhere. A founder who wants an address and annual reports in one price pays less with EasyFiling Starter.

EIN Timing

EasyFiling’s formation page gives 2 to 3 weeks for a standard EIN and 1 to 2 business days with expedited processing. BusinessAnywhere’s $97 service covers founders with or without an SSN. The IRS sets the processing time for both.

Tax Filing

EasyFiling includes federal tax return filing in Business 360 at $999 a year. A foreign-owned single-member LLC files Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 each year, so that plan suits a founder who wants the return handled. BusinessAnywhere does not file federal returns; founders hire a tax preparer or book its $535 tax and residency consultation for planning.

  • You want formation, a business address and annual report filing in one yearly price.
