Extended Storage, $1/Month Per Mail Item
Keep the paper original as long as you want. Every item gets 30 days of free physical storage. Need the original longer? Turn on Extended Storage and any item you keep past day 30 stays in secure storage for $1 per item per month, for as long as you choose. Enable it for your whole account or per mailbox. Haven't turned it on? Then it will never, ever appear on your bill.
Shared Access, $7/Month Per Seat
Give your accountant their own login. Add your assistant, bookkeeper, or business partner as a viewer with their own credentials. You decide what they see: everything, or only the items you mark for them. They can't touch billing, plans, or forwarding. Extra users cost $20 to $30 per seat at Stable and $25 at US Global Mail (published rates as of July 2026). Here it's $7.

Your mail ships itself. Pick a rhythm: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. On schedule, we bundle everything waiting in your mailbox and ship it to your address with tracking, automatically. Each bundle ships at our standard forwarding rate ($2 packing + carrier cost). Pause it whenever you like.

For campaign senders. Using our address as the return address on your direct mail campaigns? We'll receive, log, and process all returned mail for one flat monthly fee, no per-piece counting. Talk to us to switch it on.

Upload your postal authorization form
The USPS requires us to get an authorization form from you to receive documents and parcels on your behalf. This form must be notarized, but luckily, we can provide the notary service for your document, all within our simple dashboard.

What is considered a recipient?
A recipient can be either a company or a person who will be receiving mail in the virtual mailbox. For example, you can choose to receive the mail for both you and your company, 2 recipients. Or you and your spouse, 2 recipients. Or maybe you have 3 companies, you and your spouse, 5 recipients.
What do you do about junk mail?
Typically we filter out junk mail so you only see the mail you want. If you have some junk mail fetish, shoot us an email and let us know and will notate it on your account so that you can get all the car warranty notices and magazine subscriptions you want.
How many virtual mailbox addresses do you offer?

Do you really NOT charge for extra mail and scans over a certain limit?
Correct. Unlimited mail and unlimited scans means exactly that: no overage fees, no per-scan charges, ever. The only charges that can ever appear beyond your plan are (1) optional services you explicitly switch on, like Extended Storage or Auto-Forward, and (2) actions you request, like forwarding an item. Every one of those prices is published on this page. Nothing is charged by default.
Can I receive important documents and credit cards to my virtual mailbox address?
Yes, we can receive any type of documents on your behalf and forward them at your request. You can manage this all within your dashboard and choose your shipping option.
Can you receive parcels on my behalf?
Yes, we can receive and securely store your parcels. We can also forward them worldwide.
How long does it take for my mail to be uploaded?
We work extremely efficiently and scan your mail within 2 working days of receiving it, depending on how busy our offices are.
Can I pick up my mail in person?
These locations are operated by third-party partners, and the agreement between these partners and BusinessAnywhere LLC does not extend to direct client interaction.
Do you do mail or package forwarding and what is the cost?
We do mail and package forwarding anywhere in the world our shipping partners can ship to. The cost for mail or package forwarding is $2.00 for handling and packaging, plus the cost of shipping. You will see the exact cost in your dashboard based on your location and shipping option chosen.
What happens to my physical mail after it's scanned?
It’s stored free for 30 days while you decide: forward it or shred it, right from the dashboard. We remind you by email on day 23 and day 28 if an item is still waiting. On day 30, letters without instructions are securely shredded for free, and packages without instructions are returned to sender. If you’ve turned on Extended Storage ($1 per item per month), we keep the original as long as you want instead. Your digital scans are
unaffected either way.
What happens if I cancel?
Your mailbox stays fully active until the end of your paid period. Then you keep login access for 6 more months: view all your scans and forward anything you need at $10 per piece plus standard shipping fees. You can reactivate your subscription any time during those 6 months. After that, the mailbox closes and new mail is returned to sender.
Can my accountant or assistant see my mail?
Yes. Shared Access ($7/month per seat) gives them their own login. You choose what they see: all mail, or only items you mark for them. They can view mail and manage their own settings; they can’t touch your billing, your plan, or request forwards.
Can you forward my mail automatically on a schedule?
Yes. Auto-Forward ($10/month) bundles and ships everything in your mailbox weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, with tracking on every shipment. Each bundle ships at our standard forwarding rate ($2 packing + carrier cost). You can pause it any time.
I send direct mail campaigns. Can I use your address as the return address?
Yes, with Bulk Mail Return Handling ($150/month flat). We receive, log, and process all your returned campaign mail, no per-piece charges.
Is this for businesses or individuals?
Both, on the same plans. Companies use it for a professional US presence and clean document handling; individuals use it for privacy, travel, and never missing important mail. You don’t have to pick a category to sign up.
Will I ever be charged for something I didn't ask for?
No. That’s the rule the whole service is built on: your plan price, plus only the optional services you turned on or the actions you requested. If it’s not on our fee table, it doesn’t exist. And if our billing ever gets it wrong, the Zero-Surprise Guarantee applies: we refund the charge, doubled.
