If you're thinking about signing up for Business Anywhere services, and you're not sure if it's for you, I can't tell you what to do, but I can tell you why we use it. And I can tell you, you know, from a perspective of managing a couple of different businesses, a real estate portfolio and having company renewals at different times of the year, also wanting the privacy of having a registered agent, or maybe an out-of-state, um, you know, agent service or entity or whatever, uh, for various reasons, it's a lot nicer when you can have a dashboard and a service that manages all those things for you. And it doesn't matter where you are in the world, we'll renew, uh, your entities on a schedule, even if you forget, and then also scan and email you a copy of any important mail. So like if we are in one state and we have a property in another state and it happens to be registered there, the taxes, any notifications from the city, uh, any code violations or anything that we've dealt with over the years. Uh, we get those things in a timely manner, whether we're on our home state, whether we're in the state of the property location or whether we happen to be traveling at that time and we can deal with things swiftly. And overall, that saved us a lot of money and headache because had we missed those, uh, had we not been home, had we not been in that state working on that particular property, that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars in mistakes. And so from a management perspective, business anywhere is awesome. Uh, from an ease of implementation, setting up new entities, business anywhere is awesome. And then if you need handholding, there's fail safes in check during the signup process. So if you have a multi-member LLC, you wouldn't know that you might need certain type of documentation that goes with that business that segregates out the ownership percentages or having an operating agreement or knowing your tax schedule or things like that. So business anywhere adds a lot of value in that regard, uh, especially when you're running different types of businesses or you're starting a business for the first time. So if you don't know about these things, rather than you spending hours and hours spinning your wheels, you can spend a few hundred bucks and you know, for the people out there that are like, well, I could just go register it myself. Yeah, you can. But unless you've been doing this for decades and you do it all the time, you're not going to really know the state specific questions to ask. And it's all built into the platform. It's just like if you were consulting with them on a one-on-one basis and the speed, the expedited, like you can set up an entire new business structure in no time and it's done correctly and it's done to set you up for success for the longterm. And it doesn't matter where you're located. Definitely gets my vote. I'll continue to use it. I love it. Uh, I couldn't imagine being without it now that I'm used to it. At first, there was a slight little adjustment versus using like a tax attorney locally, but overall we've saved a ton of money and the service is way better. And our businesses run better because of it.
