Texas LLCs do not file an annual report with the Secretary of State. Instead, every Texas LLC files a Franchise Tax Report and a Public Information Report with the Comptroller by May 15 each year.
Every Wyoming LLC files an annual report with the Secretary of State by the first day of its anniversary month and pays a license tax of $60 or $.0002 of its Wyoming assets, whichever is greater.
