Puerto Rico LLCs do not file the annual report that corporations file. Instead, they pay a $150 annual fee to the Departamento de Estado by April 15 each year, and a late payment adds a $500 penalty plus 1.5% monthly interest.
New Mexico LLCs file no annual report with the Secretary of State and pay no annual fee. They must keep a registered agent and office, report changes, and register with the Taxation and Revenue Department when they do business in the state.
Nebraska LLCs file a Biennial Report with the Secretary of State between January 1 and April 1 of each odd-numbered year. The statutory fee is $25 electronic or $30 on paper, and the next report is due April 1, 2027.
Nevada LLCs file an Annual List of managers or members and renew their State Business License by the last day of their anniversary month. The list costs $150 and the license $200, for $350 a year.
Ohio LLCs file no annual report with the Secretary of State. They must keep a statutory agent on file, report agent changes within 30 days, and register for the Commercial Activity Tax only above $6 million in receipts.
Alaska LLCs file a Biennial Report with the Division of Corporations by January 2 every two years. The fee is $100 for domestic LLCs and $200 for foreign LLCs, and a late penalty applies after February 1.
